Refund policy

We want you to enjoy your BBQ grill with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or damaged on arrival.
• Once inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Certain items may be non-refundable (e.g., used grills, clearance items).
